Terms of service

Last updated: 3 September 2026

OVERVIEW

Welcome to MRT Global! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MRT Global. MRT Global operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). MRT Global is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
If you create or use an account, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
You must not transfer, sell or provide your account credentials to another person in a way that compromises the security or proper use of the Services.
Where a person is not legally able to enter into a contract independently, use of the Services and purchases must be made with the involvement of a parent, guardian or other person legally authorised to act on their behalf.
Nothing in this section affects any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and other information shown on our store are accurate and up to date.
Product colours, appearance and packaging may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to differences in device displays, photography, lighting, manufacturing updates or packaging changes.
We may update product descriptions, specifications, availability or packaging from time to time where reasonably necessary.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where appropriate.
Products supplied to consumers will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law. This includes statutory rights relating to goods being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product-information error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you using the contact information provided when the order was placed and, where payment has already been taken, arrange an appropriate refund.
Please review your order information carefully before submitting your order, including the products, quantities and delivery address.
If you wish to change or cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but we may be unable to make changes once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Eligible customers purchasing online may have statutory rights to cancel their purchase, including rights provided under UK consumer law. These rights apply in addition to any additional returns period we voluntarily offer.
Returns, refunds and cancellations are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices displayed on our store are shown in the currency indicated on the website.
The price payable for a product will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to any correction of an obvious pricing error.
Where applicable, prices shown to consumers include any taxes that we are required to include in the advertised price.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed or calculated during checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional prices or other offers. These promotions may be subject to separate terms and may be changed or withdrawn in accordance with applicable law.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment and contact information when placing an order.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
If we discover an obvious pricing or product-information error after you place an order, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order. Where appropriate, you will be given the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order and receive a refund of any payment already taken.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times provided through our Services are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise with you.
We aim to process and deliver orders within the timeframes communicated during the ordering process. Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, high-demand periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless you independently arrange a carrier that we have not offered as a delivery option, goods remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you or a person you have identified to receive them.
Further information about delivery charges, tracking, estimated delivery times and multiple-parcel orders is available in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content made available through our Services, including our website design, text, graphics, images, logos, videos, product content and other materials, is owned by or licensed to MRT Global or the relevant rights holder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
Unless permitted by law or expressly authorised by us or the relevant rights holder, you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit or otherwise use content from our Services without permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
The MRT Global name, branding and other marks used by us may not be used without appropriate permission. Shopify and other third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
From time to time, our Services may provide access to tools, features or services supplied by third parties.
Where you choose to use a third-party tool or service, additional terms and privacy policies provided by that third party may apply. You should review those terms before using the relevant service.
We are not responsible for the independent operation or availability of third-party services that we do not control. However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that we are required to accept under applicable law.
We may introduce, change or remove third-party tools or additional features from time to time where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may contain links to websites, platforms or services operated by third parties.
These third-party websites and services are independent from MRT Global and may have their own terms, privacy policies and practices. We recommend reviewing those terms before providing personal information, making a purchase or using a third-party service.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or operation of third-party websites or services that we do not own or control.
Where you purchase goods or services directly from an independent third party, your agreement may be with that third party and their applicable terms may apply.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any responsibility that MRT Global is required to accept under applicable law or affects your statutory consumer rights.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
MRT Global is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with MRT Global. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and MRT Global, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with MRT Global.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s own privacy policy.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide, secure and improve the Services.
Information you provide through the Services may be shared with Shopify and other service providers where necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders, provide customer support and deliver other store functions.
For more information about how personal information is collected, used and shared, please review our Privacy Policy.
Make both mentions of Privacy Policy clickable and link them to Shopify’s automated Privacy Policy page.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
If you submit a review, suggestion, comment, image or other feedback to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not infringe the rights of another person.
You grant MRT Global permission to use, reproduce and display feedback or reviews you voluntarily submit where reasonably necessary to operate, improve or promote our Services.
We may moderate, edit or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary, including where it is unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive, infringes another person’s rights or otherwise breaches these Terms.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you submit.
We are not required to publish or respond to every review, suggestion or item of feedback.
Nothing in this section transfers ownership of your intellectual property to MRT Global or limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
We aim to ensure that the information provided through our Services, including product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, delivery information and other store content, is accurate and up to date.
Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
Where we identify an error, we may correct or update the relevant information as reasonably necessary.
If an obvious pricing, product or availability error affects an order you have placed, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order. Where appropriate, you may be given the option to proceed with the corrected information or cancel the affected order.
If an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled because of an error, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund for any payment already taken.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not use the Services:

  • for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose;
  • to infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights of another person;
  • to harass, threaten, abuse, defame or otherwise harm another person;
  • to provide information that you know is false, misleading or fraudulent;
  • to transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code;
  • to interfere with, damage, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, our systems or another user’s account;
  • to collect or use another person’s personal information unlawfully;
  • to send spam, unsolicited promotional material or other unauthorised communications;
  • to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
  • to scrape, copy, extract or commercially exploit content from the Services without permission, except where permitted by applicable law; or
  • to circumvent security measures or technical restrictions designed to protect the Services.

We may take reasonable steps to restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, subject to Section 15 of these Terms and applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

SECTION 14 - AGENTS
14.1 This section ("Agent Terms") applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with any Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity and that can be executed on behalf of or using persons device, without direct supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access, use, or interact with Services unless, at all times, it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with the requirements in section 14.4 below. In addition, no Agent may access, use, or interact with Services if we have requested that the Agent refrain from accessing, using, or interacting with any service.
14.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses, and interacts with Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, identify that the request is from an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent by including the following in the request's user agent string: "Agent/[agent name]"; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that any access, use, or interactions are from an Agent, such as by (a) mimicking human behavior and interaction patterns, or (b) completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish computer use from humans, (iii) respond truthfully to any question or prompt seeking to determine if interactions are coming from a human or a computer, (iv) not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including where we believe you have:

  • breached these Terms of Service;
  • used the Services unlawfully or fraudulently;
  • attempted to interfere with the security or operation of the website; or
  • engaged in conduct that may cause harm to MRT Global, other customers, Shopify or third parties.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice before suspending or terminating access.
Termination or suspension of access does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination, including any outstanding payment obligations or rights relating to orders already placed.
Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, privacy, governing law and any other continuing obligations.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

SECTION 16 - WARRANTIES AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
We aim to provide accurate information about our products and Services and to supply goods in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to goods being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
We do not guarantee that access to our website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may temporarily suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
Any warranties, representations or conditions that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • breach of statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted; or
  • any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the above, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If you purchase products as a consumer, we do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 18 - RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES
You are responsible for using the Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
If your unlawful or fraudulent use of the Services causes us a reasonably foreseeable loss, we may seek to recover that loss from you where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section requires you to compensate us for losses caused by our own breach, negligence or failure to comply with applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits or affects any statutory consumer rights or remedies available to you.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not immediately exercise or enforce a right available to us under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies or terms expressly incorporated into them, set out the terms governing your use of the Services and purchases made through our store.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any statutory rights or remedies that you have under applicable consumer law.
If any part of these Terms is unclear or conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable law will take priority.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms where doing so would materially affect our ability to provide the Services or fulfil an order, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law permits the transfer.
We may transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms to another organisation, including in connection with a sale, restructuring or transfer of our business.
Any such transfer will not reduce or adversely affect your rights under these Terms or under applicable consumer law.
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of any transfer.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any contract between you and MRT Global are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the place where you live.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent you from bringing proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 23 - HEADINGS
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes in applicable law, our Services, technology, security requirements or our business operations.
Any updated Terms will be posted on this website together with the date on which they take effect.
Where a change is material and affects an existing contractual relationship with you, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law.
Changes to these Terms will not remove or reduce any statutory consumer rights that apply to orders or contracts entered into before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect will be subject to the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page.
